We specialize in Corporate Travel delivering time and cost efficiencies for large and small companies, and individuals.
Our clientele base comprises a mixed breed of clients covering a wide geographical base.
The broad policies guiding the operations of the company are set by the Board of Directors.
We are organized along functional lines. To this end, our business is grouped around two main areas, Business Generating and Operations.
The Business generating Unit is responsible for marketing and customer relationship management and client service interface, while the Operations unit is responsible for processing customers’ transactions as well as maintaining service standards. This dichotomy allows for greater efficiency in our service delivery. We are thus able to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
