Is it possible to book tickets for another person through my account?
Yes, just enter the details of the passengers you want to book for when you’re asked to enter traveller–details at the time of booking.

What is the maximum number of seats I can book?
A maximum of 9 seats can be booked at one time. If you need to book for more than 9 travelers you will have to contact us.

I selected the wrong prefix (Mr/Mrs) to a passenger’s name while booking. How can I get this changed?
Just call us and tell us your trip ID. We’ll find out if your airline supports title change and if it does, we’ll pass on your details to them. If the airline doesn’t allow title change you’ll have to cancel and then re–book the ticket with the correct title.

What if I didn’t receive a confirmation email?
If you don’t receive your confirmation, it is possible the email is on your SPAM folder. Please check. And to prevent future occurrence, add our email address to your contact. If it’s not on your SPAM folder, contact us immediately.

I have forgotten my trip ID. What do I do?
Just login to your Aviator Travels & Tours account (www. using the e–mail ID you provided us while booking and your password. On your page you’ll be able to access all your completed and upcoming trips.

If you’ve forgotten the password, you can use the ‘Forgot password’ feature (https://www. and reset it.

How do I print my ticket?
Go to Enter your Trip ID and the last name of any of the passengers and you’ll be able to see your e–ticket. Print it or email it.

I’ve been getting zero flight results on the search page. What gives?
Clear your browser cache and try the search again. If you still don’t get any flight results, it may either be because we can’t find flights for that route or because there’s no availability of flights for your dates.

What’s an e–ticket?
An e–ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number that neatly replaces the hassles of a paper ticket. When you purchase an e–ticket, we email it to you after the booking is complete. Simply print it out and bring it with you – along with a valid photo ID – to the airline counter when checking in for your flight.

How do I make changes to, or cancel, my flight only booking?
You can make amendments to your flight bookings by calling us on 0800 AVIATOR (toll free) - please have your booking reference number to hand.

Any changes you need to make are subject to amendment fees - please see your booking conditions for details. Please note that you will be required to pay the difference if there is any increase in fare, and some flights will incur cancellation charges.
You need to leave plenty of time for changes to be made before you travel.

Will I get a ticket when I book from your online engine?
Yes. You will get an e-ticket to print. Your booking confirmation number and flight details will be sent to the email address you entered for your booking.

How do I change my password?
An email with a password and a link will be sent to your email address. Click or copy the link to a browser. Once the page opens, enter the default password and then provide your new password in the ‘New Password’ field.

Why is airline not available or showing up on search results?
If a particular airline doesn't show on the fare search results page that means seats are not available on that particular day for that airline or that airline doesn't fly that sector. In case there is a technical issue due to which some airline is not available on, you can get the reservations done by calling our reservations desk at 0700 AVIATOR directly.

Is it safe to use my Debit/Credit card on this site?
Transactions on Aviator Travels & Tours are very safe because we use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) data encryption. This ensures that information exchanged is never transmitted and viewed by unauthorized individuals.

What is Travel Insurance?
Travel insurance is the unique combination of insurance benefits and assistance services specifically designed to help protect travelers while away from home. Of course, like all other types of insurance, terms, conditions, and exclusions apply.

How do I modify personal information?
You have to go to control panel and then by giving the information u can modify the personal details.

I'm trying to login but I got an error message

I forgot my password, what should I do? Visit the website address, click ‘Login’ at the topmost of the page. Once the page opens, click the ‘Forgot Your Password’ link and follow the steps afterward.

Can I book a multi–city trip?

Can I book tickets for infants?
Yes, you can book travel for infants less than two years of age on our engine. Make sure they have valid proof–of–age documents when they’re checking in, and remember that infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. You can book no more than one infant per adult (try dealing with luggage, tickets, airport queues and two screaming babies by yourself). To avail of infant fares, the infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the entire itinerary that you’re booking. This includes both outbound and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or more on the return journey, you need to make a separate booking using a child fare.

When will you issue the tickets after my reservation?
According to the working time of the airways, we can issue between 08:00 and 20:00 (West Central AfricaTime). It is best if you make the booking request in this time period, for quick handling and a better price.

Do the airways provide special services for disabled passengers?
Of course. Disabled passengers who need special services should apply to the airline company in advance. The special services usually include assistance when they board, transfer and get off the plane.

Passengers with wheelchairs should consign their wheelchairs as checked luggage. Blind and deaf passengers can board the plane with their guide dogs or they can consign them free of charge. If passengers want to take their dogs into the cabin, they must have them well muzzled, firmly strapped and not occupying a seat; if passengers want to consign them in the cargo hold, their guide dogs must accord with the requirements for pet shipments.

How can I search for ticket classes?
Before searching just select the desired class (Business or Economy) from the ticket Class Dropdown.

For how long can I leave a ticket open?
You can leave a ticket open but MUST effect a new travel date immediately.

What time may I check-in/check-out?
Hotel check-in varies from hotel to hotel. Some hotel is 12pm while some 3pm. Check-out time, in most cases, is 12pm.

How far in advance should I make reservations?
For the best rates and availability, make reservations for your stay as early as possible.

What if I need to change or cancel my reservations?
Check the hotel cancellation policy.
