Visa Application Documents

Office Hours
Visa Application: 8:30-11:30 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (except the Embassy's closing days)
Passport Collection: 15:00-15:45 from Monday to Thursday / 12:00-12:30 on Friday (except the Embassy's closing days)
Visa fees
Visa fee is 4,300N for Nigerian(as of 1st April, 2015). If the visa is not issued, no fees are required.
Visa fees will be required for pick up time only.
We accept only cash. Please bring the EXACT amount.

*Required documents have to be original. Scanned copies would be not acceptable.
*All visa applications must be submitted in person by the applicant.
*No appointment is necessary for visa applications.
*The standard application examination period is five working days.
However, if any kind of checking is required (the submission of additional documents, an interview with the applicant, inquiries, etc.), the examination may take longer than five working days (from several weeks to several months) so it is recommended that you make the application with plenty of time.
*Do not send any visa document to the Embassy by post or email.
